IGEM and EqualEngineers have a strategic partnership that supports the development of a more inclusive, equitable and future-ready engineering profession.

We're supporting refugees
IGEM is providing a membership option for gas engineers and professionals who are refugees.
The membership will be similar to our student membership, where there will be no fee for joining, to help support those professionals who are displaced and not in paid work.
We know an IGEM membership can help provide a network of connections, support knowledge and understanding of the sector by staying up to date with the latest news and advancements in the industry, and an opportunity to attend events to keep on top of professional development.
After fleeing war, violence, conflict, or persecution we hope this simple act will help gas engineers and professionals retain their professional skills, feel part of a community, and assist them in feeling safer and welcome in their new surroundings.
