Are you passionate about creating a more welcoming, inclusive and equitable environment for everyone working in the gas industry?

We are looking for volunteers to join our EDI Advisory Group and help us to continue creating a culture where people can thrive, feel valued and reach their full potential.

Our group meets monthly online, providing an opportunity to share ideas, challenge thinking, raise awareness and help shape meaningful EDI activity across our organisation.

We believe that diverse voices matter. Different characteristics, perspectives and experiences make our industry stronger and we want our EDI Group to reflect the people and communities we serve.

Our EDI strategy focuses on three key areas:

• Ensuring people have fair and equitable access to opportunities at all levels within the IGEM community
• Promoting the power of diverse characteristics, perspectives and experiences
• Creating an inclusive culture that celebrates and embraces differences in environments where people can be their authentic selves

We envision a future where energy professional can fully express their passions and potential in a welcoming and inclusive environment, where diversity is celebrated and every individual is empowered to excel.
