This Guide supersedes IGEM/IG/2 Edition 1.  It has been drafted by a Panel appointed by the Institution of Gas Engineers & Managers’ (IGEM’s) Gas Utilisation Committee , subsequently approved by that Committee, approved by the Technical Coordinating Committee and published by the authority of the Council of the Institution. The current panel is chaired by Graham McKay.

This interim hydrogen training Specification relates to Persons within the gas industry wishing to extend their range of work (as defined in Guidance Note 8 (GN8)).

This Specification is a supplement to the IGEM/IG/1 Edition 2 Standards of training in gas work document.
