The Value of Neurodiversity in the Workplace
Emily Castle, Group SHE Performance and Improvement Manager at Costain Group PLC and Chair of the Disability and Wellbeing Network delivered a webinar exploring what neurodiversity means, why it matters in the workplace, and how we can all contribute to building a more inclusive and supportive environment for everyone.
About Emily Castle
Emily is the Group SHE Performance and Improvement Manager for Costain. She has worked on major infrastructure in a range of sectors for 12 years, 11 of which have been with Costain.
Emily has helped to set up the Disability and Wellbeing Employee Network (DaWN) which she now chairs, through which the network is promoting disability inclusion throughout Costain. She is currently completing her masters degree in occupational health and safety and us looking at how Safety, Health and Environmental communications are received and understood by neurodivergent people.
Outside of work Emily is a sailing and swimming instructor as well as a keen reader and gardener.
