RAEng Academy Prizes: Nominations now open
Nominations for the prestigious Academy awards and prizes from the Royal Academy of Engineering are now open. These awards celebrate engineering excellence and highlight the significant impact of engineering on society, inspiring future generations.
Awards and prizes open for nominations:

Princess Royal Silver Medal: Recognising exceptional personal contributions to UK engineering by an engineer with less than 22 years in full-time employment or equivalent as of 1 January 2025. This award highlights achievements in market exploitation and engineering success.

Major Project Award for Sustainability: Celebrating the efforts of a team of up to five engineers, based in the UK, who have made a substantial impact on creating a more sustainable society through their engineering project.

RAEng Armourers and Brasiers Company Prize: Awarded to an individual based in the UK for excellence in Materials Engineering, demonstrating the successful application of novel materials science and technology in practical engineering systems.

President's Medal: Presented to an Academy Fellow who has significantly contributed to the Academy's goals and initiatives, promoting engineering excellence. This medal is exclusive to Fellows and can only be nominated by fellow members.
