Scheme background: Cadent completed Cut off and abandon 457m of 180mm / 125mm / 90mm gas mains to allow site to be redeveloped.

Thames waters were completing mains replacement for their asset.

Due to the location of the works, multiple parties were involved working within Thames waters tm (multiway signals).

The key proposal is that the existing approved Cadent permit (AZ5021001326942) is converted to collaborative permit led by Thames Water, extending the area under TM to the northern arm of the junction to accommodate their area, and continuing for a total of six weeks, with evolving collaboration between utility companies.
