Scheme background: Cadent gas - Disconnection of 1x gas service for 8 & 10 Vallance road at the gas main located in the nearside carriageway outside property.

UKPN - Connections projects: disconnection / reconnection of existing electricity supply for a customer: parking/loading bay suspension: 2 x new connections, disconnection of old supply’s, 25m tracking in carriageway, footpath walkway needed, parking in tm, parking bays to be suspended in road closure, a11 junction to be put on temp lights,13-day permit including weekend working

GLA strategic importance criteria (if applicable):

• All parties’ work brought forward to meet HA approval.
• In junction with A route (A11)
• Right next to white chapel train station.
• UKPN (Provided the road closure and took over our trench and completed reinstatement) large cost savings.
• Footfall is high – due to the location being too close to the train station.
