Jo Butlin, Founder & Director of Womens Utilities Network (WUN) will also be joining our Women in Gas event. Jo will be sharing invaluable insights on their highly regarded mentoring programme. Discover how this program has positively impacted many individuals within the industry, paving the way for personal and professional growth.

Why attend Women in Gas?

  • Inspirational Speakers: Gain knowledge from industry experts as they share their experiences, challenges and triumphs.
  • Networking Opportunities: Connect with like-minded individuals, including professionals working in the gas industry and potential mentors. Expand your professional network and collaborate with others in the field.
  • Empowerment and Motivation: Be inspired by stories of women who have successfully overcome barriers and achieved success in the gas industry. Gain the motivation you need to reach new heights in your career.

In addition to the empowering discussions, we are pleased to announce a dedicated "Safe to Speak Out" session. This session aims to provide a supportive and inclusive environment for participants to openly share their experiences, challenges and suggestions on creating safer and more inclusive workplaces for women in the gas industry.

The event aims to encourage new networking connections for women in the gas industry. The event is open to any woman working in the gas industry at any level, in any field. At IGEM, we are strongly committed to promoting diversity and giving our members support opportunities. There has been an increase in women coming into the gas industry over recent years, but there remains a lack of diversity in the sector, and many women are still underrepresented.

Inspiring. Empowering. Mentoring. Become part of the movement and pave the way to success in the gas industry.
