Gormanston AGI Site Visit

Join us for an exciting site visit to Gormanston AGI, one of the critical gas entry points into Ireland from Scotland. This visit offers a unique opportunity to explore a variety of gas infrastructure and equipment.

IGEM’s Irish Section along with Gas Network’s Ireland would like to invite you to a site visit to Gormanston AGI. Gormanston is one of two gas entry points into Ireland from Scotland. The station hosts a wide range of interesting gas infrastructure and equipment and the visit is not one to be missed.

Meeting at Gas Networks Ireland offices in Dublin (Networks Service Centre), we’ll start the visit with an interactive session on how Gormanston AGI works and an overview of the network within Ireland. After Lunch we will head out to site and split into groups for a tour of the AGI. There will be plenty of time to network throughout the day with lunch and refreshments provided.

Parking is provided at the GNI offices.

Travel to site and parking arrangements will be agreed on the day.
