This event will explore the challenges many face in daily life, particularly those heightened by social media and other pressures.

Participants will identify specific areas that can be detrimental to mental health if not managed properly. The session, delivered by Lysa Morrison and Chris Cook, will provide insights into how we respond to everyday issues and offer practical strategies for adapting our reactions.
