Notice of Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the 2024 Annual General Meeting of the Institution of Gas Engineers and Managers (IGEM) will be held on Wednesday, 8 May 2024 at 10:00 (BST).
The meeting will be held online via MS Teams, members should register via the website, and the meeting link will be shared prior to the meeting.
The ordinary business to be transacted at this Annual General Meeting is set out below:

- Minutes of the 160th Annual General Meeting held on the 10 May 2023
- To receive and consider the Annual Review of IGEM for the year ending 31 December 2023
- To receive and consider the audited Annual Trustees’ Report and Financial Statements of IGEM for the year ending 31 December 2023
- To reappoint UHY Hacker Young LLP as auditors of the charity and to authorise Council to determine their remuneration for the year ended 31 December 2024
- To declare the appointment of Officers and composition of Council, including nominations by District Sections and Affiliated Associations, for the 2024/2025 session
- To declare the composition of the Executive Board for the 2024/2025 session including the results of any trustee election
