Notice specific to training materials
Any training materials made available to download from this website (the “Site”), via an Institution of Gas Engineers and Managers (“IGEM”) event or otherwise (together “Training Materials”) are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights of IGEM and/or its suppliers. Use of any Training Materials is restricted solely for use by end users to facilitate the evaluation of the efficacy of the training provided by IGEM. Any reproduction or redistribution of the Training Materials whether for commercial or personal gain is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. Infringers will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible. Such Training Materials shall not be represented in part, or in whole, as part of any training documentation without the express permission of IGEM given in writing by an authorised agent of IGEM. Where such permission is given the copyright notice set out below must be clearly and prominently displayed on any and all documentation.
Use of online materials made freely available by IGEM

Subject to the above restrictions, Online Documents (including the introductions and scopes of standards) may be downloaded, printed and shared with others. In respect of any standards that are made freely available in full on the Site, permission to use such standards is granted subject to the above restrictions and provided further that you may not copy, distribute, or display such standards. You may, however, share such standards with others by referring them (or providing them with a link) to the relevant section of the Site.
Use of electronic standards purchased from IGEM and online materials made available via IGEM Membership
Unless otherwise specified, permission to use documents provided via an IGEM Membership (including but not limited to monthly journals), and standards purchased from IGEM in electronic form (together the “Purchased Materials”) is granted, provided that you may not: (i) sell, sublicense, distribute, display, store, copy, modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or translate the Purchased Materials in whole or in part, incorporate the Purchased Materials into any other product or service, or use the Purchased Materials to create any derivative works or competitive products; or (ii) allow any third parties to access, use or benefit from the Purchased Materials in any way; and provided that use of such Purchased Materials is for informational and non-commercial or personal use only and will not be copied or posted on any network computer or broadcast in any media.
