North West Section
IGEM has a network of Sections that enhances membership by
offering a local perspective and enabling involvement with issues
in and around the gas industry. The Sections are run by volunteers
who organize a range of Continuous Professional Development (CPD)
events and networking opportunities.
Each Section has its own Chairperson and Secretary to deal with
any queries you may have within your area.
Philip Croft
Chairman North West Section
Phil has taken the Chair of the North West District Section in
May. A graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing and
Management from The University of Birmingham in 1991, Phil started
his career with British Gas at Hinckley as a Management Trainee in
the Gas Transmission Construction Directorate. He has 20 years
experience of working in the gas industry, both in the UK and with
BG Group in India and is now a Chartered Gas Engineer.
