Mentors

Many of our members are involved in supporting candidates with their applications towards a Corporate Membership Grade including EngTech, IEng and CEng status with the Engineering Council.

Interviewers and Assessors

Volunteers are trained to assess reports and conduct Professional Review and Technical Report Interviews which forms part of the Membership Application Process.

Committees

IGEM committees are made up of volunteer members with a wealth of experience within the gas industry who are willing to contribute and provide valuable input in the decision making process. IGEM provides the opportunity for you to become involved in a wide range of committees from the Membership Committee to the Technical Committee.

Sections

IGEM has 12 Sections, including one in the Far East and a Young Persons Network. The Sections are run by volunteers who organize a range of Continued Professional Development (CPD) events and networking opportunities.

'Recommend a Member' Scheme
