The IGEM 'My Status' assessment module allows candidates to assess themselves quickly and easily or be evaluated against professional standards.
The link above demonstrates how the IGEM Professional Development System can, with a simple Action Plan Wizard, automate and standardise the process of creating Initial Professional Development plans.
IPD candidates can use the Professional Development Application to submit evidence of completed development activities and attainment against professional standards.
MentorsWithin this Professional Development System, IPD Candidates also have the option of assigning themselves mentors who can review their status, plans and evidence.
